May 18-19, 2019 | Toledo, Ohio
The Mid-American Historical Security Councils (MAHSC) is one of our three annual conferences. MAHSC 2019 will take place at the Park Inn in Toledo, Ohio. If your school is interested in attending MAHSC or would simply like more information, please fill out the registration form below.
During the Historical Security Councils, delegates are taken back in time to debate issues already decided by the real United Nations Security Council. Delegates represent the countries that sat on the Security Council at the time of the original crisis. They have the opportunity to follow a path similar to the real delegations or to break new ground in trying to solve the pressing issues of the time. Delegates are expected to act according to the policies of those countries at that point in history.
Fees: Each delegate is charged $50 to participate. Lodging is not included in this cost.
