MAGEC HALL OF FAME

When the Mid-American Model United Nations was founded in 1991, we recognized the debt we owed to those who had come before us. The countless volunteers who spent an infinite number of hours creating, building, and improving model United Nations programs in the Midwest. As a means of thanking them and honoring their legacy, we established the MAGEC Hall of Fame. Here are the members who have been inducted since 1991.

Peggy Andretz

Advisor from St. Johns High School: over 30 years of bringing delegations to Model UNs across the state.

Dr. Jack Holmes

Professor at Hope College: Founder and organizer of the Hope College Model UN.

David Artley

Founder of Eastern Michigan University Model UN and later the Great Lakes Invitational Model United Nations (GLIMUN).

Roy Unnerstall

Nearly 30 years of staffing Model UNs in Michigan as well as organizing and running Model UNs in Missouri.

Laurie Trevethan
